We are really excited to be adding free online exercise classes to our offerings! A lot of people are stuck at home with a reduced income right now. And we want safe exercise to be available to everyone.
We have a poll going to gauge interest in various types of classes. The options include strength workouts with or without equipment and core strength. We are also considering a service workers series focusing on topics such as neck and upper back discomfort, plantar fasciitis, & low back pain. Pregnant or postpartum?
