Kyla is a retired midwife, a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and mom of 3 adult children. She works with people from pre-conception through postpartum recovery and beyond.

  • Physical labor prep
  • Safe & gentle return to exercise postpartum
  • Programs for pelvic floor function (leaking, prolapse, tightness, weakness)
  • Programs for core/abdominal function and strength (diastasis recti, muscle imbalance, intra abdominal pressure management)
  • Low Pressure Fitness (hypopressive) training
  • K-Taping for discomforts related to pregnancy, postpartum, breast/chest feeding, and the menstrual cycle
