We’ve been playing around with different ways to make our bulletproof coffee. We live in Seattle, our coffee expectations are high.
Unsweetened coconut milk only has 1 g of net carbs, and unsweetened almond milk has 0! If you have an espresso machine or Aeropress, give these a try. Thomas likes more sweetness and less coffee flavor than I do.
Kyla’s Cinnamon Bulletproof Latte
2 shots espresso
1 Tbsp organic MCT oil
1 Tbsp unsalted grass fed butter
1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
Generous shake of ground cinnamon
Thomas’s Caramel Fudge Bulletproof Latte
2 shots espresso
1 Tbsp organic MCT oil
2 Tbsp unsalted grass fed butter
1 scoop ATP Noway Collagen Protein, chocolate caramel fudge flavor
1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
Generous shake of ground cinnamon
For both recipes: Heat milk. Place all ingredients in glass blender and blend. Enjoy!
